Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you require a different size or item, please place a new order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will resolve this immediately.
